Advisers to UK higher education students returning from an EU university or college

 
This form is for people who want to receive regular updates on facilitating transfer to a UK higher education provider due to a no deal Brexit inhibiting a student from completing in the their current (EU) country of residence.

If you would like to receive information for students transferring to a UK higher education provider to complete their studies, complete the below form and you will receive updates as and when they become available.

Here is a summary of how the personal information you submit will be held and used:
  • Your personal information will be used to signpost you to further general information, advice and guidance regarding options for UK nationals, who are considering returning from studying a full undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in the EU in the event of a no deal Brexit.
  • The Data Controller of the personal information you submit will be Office for Students.
  • Your personal data will be collected using SmartSurvey.
  • The legal basis for processing your personal information is consent.
  • The OfS will store your personal data within the UK on secure servers.
  • Aggregate-level data will be shared with the Department for Education (DfE) – you will not be identifiable from this data.
  • It will be retained by the OfS until the end of this calendar year (2019) after the end of the project commissioned by the Department for Education, and then securely disposed of.
